We do not have any authority over accountants or bookkeepers that are not licensed with us unless they are:

• Using the title CPA, certified public accountant, public accountant, or similar title that implies they are a CPA.
• Issuing compilation, review or audit reports on financial statements.
• Issuing any report titled an ’audit report’ unless issued by a government agency.
• Using the title auditor unless employed by a government agency.
