Renewal
Application for
Renewal of Washington State CPA License, CPA-Inactive Certificate, or
Resident Nonlicensee Firm Owner- The Board mails renewal forms in January of the year of renewal directly to the last
address of record (2007 Renewal Forms mailed January 12). If your CPA license, CPA-Inactive certificate or
nonlicense firm owner registration expires on June
30, 2007, you should receive your renewal form in mid January 2007. If you
do not receive a form by
mid February, it is
your responsibility to contact the Board office to obtain a
replacement. If you failed to
renew your CPA-Inactive certificate or license that expired June 30, 2006, you must
