Robin Clark, CPA, Poulsbo

In 2001 Governor Gary Locke appointed Robin A. Clark, CPA, to the Washington State Board of Accountancy. Governor Locke reappointed Robin to the Board in May 2004 and again in October 2007. Robin recently retired as a Financial Liaison Advisor with the Department of Defense. Robin graduated from the University of Washington in 1985 with Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAcc) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) degrees. She was an adjunct professor at Central Washington University's extension in Seattle from 1990 through 1995 where she taught Advanced Accounting.

Robin has been involved with the Board's activities on Equivalent Experience since 1987 when the Board first formed a subcommittee for this area. Robin chaired the Equivalent Experience Committee and has participated in the Experience Committee since its formation. Robin was a member of the Washington Society of CPA's Auditing, Accounting, and Review Standards Committee from 1987 through 2000.

Robin has served as Treasurer for Treehouse (an organization for foster children) and Artists Unlimited (an organization to provide experience for artists with disabilities). She has also been a Child Mentor with Rise-n-Shine (an organization for children affected by HIV and AIDS) since 1994.

Robin holds a valid Washington State CPA license to practice public accounting.
