Michelle Paulsen joined the Board of Accountancy in December of 1998, coming from the Department of Social and Health Services.

Michelle is a Customer Service Specialist for our agency, serving our customers in many capacities. In January 2007 Michelle received the Washington Society of CPAs "2005 - 2006 Special Award" for outstanding Customer Service.

Before coming to the Board Michelle attended South Puget Sound Community College studying for a degree in Office Administration. Michelle strives to ensure all of our customer's questions and concerns are handled in a timely and professional manner.
