Edwin Jolicoeur, CPA, CFE, CliftonLarsonAllen LLP, Spokane

On June 6, 2005 Governor Christine Gregoire appointed Edwin G. Jolicoeur to the Washington State Board of Accountancy. Governor Gregoire reappointed Ed to the Board on April 12, 2007 and May 4, 2010. Ed is a Principal in CliftonLarsonAllen LLP’s Spokane office and is a member of the firm’s Assurance and Accounting Quality Group.

Ed is a member of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants (WSCPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He has served on a variety of technical and leadership committees and boards of the WSCPA and the AICPA and is a current member of the AICPA’s Auditing Standards Board..

Ed holds a valid Washington State CPA license to practice public accounting and is also licensed to practice in the state of Idaho. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner.
