WBOA Board Members

Edwin Jolicoeur, CPA, CFE, LeMaster & Daniels, PLLC, Spokane

On June 6, 2005 Governor Christine Gregoire appointed Edwin G. Jolicoeur to the Washington State Board of Accountancy. Governor Gregoire reappointed Ed to the Board on April 12, 2007. Ed is an owner/member of the CPA firm LeMaster & Daniels PLLC and is the firm's director of quality control/accounting and auditing.

Ed is a member of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants (WSCPA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. He has served on a variety of technical and leadership committees and boards of the WSCPA and the AICPA.

Ed holds a valid Washington State CPA license to practice public accounting and is also licensed to practice in the states of Idaho and Montana. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner.
