Diane is the Assistant Director of Operations & Investigations for the Washington State Board of Accountancy. Diane worked in public accounting prior to entering state government in September 1986, when she started as an auditor with the Department of Revenue (DOR). She left her Field Audit Manager position at DOR in March 2004 to join the Employment Security Department as the Deputy Assistant Commissioner of Unemployment Insurance Tax & Wage Administration. Diane has been with the Board since June 2007.

Diane is a licensed CPA in Washington State. She graduated from Central Washington University in 1982 with a B.S. in Accounting.

She is a member of the Washington Society of CPAs, the Association of Government Accountants, the Pacific Northwest License Tax and Fraud Association, and an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She serves as a Board member for SafePlace.
