WBOA Board Members

At its October 2010 annual meeting the Washington State Board of Accountancy elected the Board officers for 2011. The Board elected the following officers:

• Chair -Donald F. Aubrey, CPA, Rebar & Associates, Seattle. The Board's chair handles many procedural duties, including presiding at rules and disciplinary hearings, in addition to the tasks performed by all Board Members.
• Vice-Chair - Robert G. Hutchins, Attorney at Law, Tacoma. The vice-chair presides over hearings in the chair's absence.
• Secretary - Lauren C. Jassny, The Commerce Bank of Washington, Seattle.

The Board is currently composed of nine members appointed by the Governor to serve three-year terms. The following highlights the background of the current members of the Washington State Board of Accountancy:
