2009 Board Election Results

At its October 2009 annual meeting the Washington State Board of Accountancy elected the Board officers for 2010. The Board elected the following officers:

• Chair - Gerald Ryles, Kirkland. The Board's chair handles many procedural duties, including presiding at rules and disciplinary hearings, in addition to the tasks performed by all Board Members.
• Vice-Chair -Donald F. Aubrey, CPA, Rebar & Associates, Seattle. The vice-chair presides over hearings in the chair’s absence.
• Secretary - Lauren C. Jassny, The Commerce Bank of Washington, Seattle.
