AICPA Professional Ethics for CPA's Contact Information

To qualify for an initial license you must meet the ethics course requirements by achieving and documenting a passing grade of ninety percent or better on a course covering the complete content of the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct.

Many commercial providers offer acceptable coverage of the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct.  The Washington Society of CPAs (WSCPA) can also provide assistance in satisfying this requirement.
