Call to Order

The Chair, Ronald Sabado, called the Special Board meeting to order at 11:35 a.m.

Temporary Appointment

Secretary The Board unanimously voted to appoint Edwin Jolicoeur, CPA to serve as the Board's temporary Secretary in place of Julia Tai until December 31, 2006.

Public Input

No member of the public attended the meeting.

The regular Board meeting was adjourned at 11:40 a.m.
