Call to Order

The Chair, Ronald Sabado, called the Special Board meeting to order at 1:05 p.m.

Rule Amendment

WAC 4-25-530 Richard Sweeney, CPA, Executive Director, reported on the public rule-making hearing held in Olympia on June 27, 2006 at 9:05 a.m. No one from the public attended the hearing. The Board received no written or oral comments regarding the rule proposal. The Executive Director summarized the proposed changes to WAC 4-25-530. The Board reviewed the proposed rule changes. The Board unanimously voted to adopt the rule as proposed with an effective date of August 1, 2006.
